Fees

Written Valuations

• Minimum fee for up to one hour on site - £150.00
• Each additional hour - £75.00
• Travelling costs (where applicable) - £0.50 per mile

Additional charges may be applicable (by negotiation) for office based time when conducting extensive research or the introduction of photographs.

House Clearances

• Initial assessment call out fee - £50.00 (may be waived in certain cases depending on location or circumstances)
• Sorting, packing and coordination of clearance on site - £30.00 per hour
  

Conveyance

• Conveyance of items through this office - £30.00 per hour
• Travelling costs - £0.50 per mile
